I have known Ray Sousa of RPM Retail Automotive Consulting for over 15 years. Ray has assisted me in my Porsche acquisitions over the years. My current lease on my 911 GTS was due to run out next month.
I contacted Ray to assist in the lease turn in as well as to find me a 911 turbo to replace the GTS. From day one Ray went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Several of my wheels had been scuffed up and needed repairing. Ray picked up the vehicle in between snowstorms and had the necessary repairs done.
Inventory for 911 Turbos was very limited. After an exhaustive nationwide search Ray found the perfect vehicle in North Carolina. He arranged for the GTS to be picked up at my home and taken off lease. In addition, he had the new vehicle transported directly to my home. He was personally present for delivery allowing me to continue working. The entire transaction was seamless. All paperwork was Fedexed to my home … I never once set foot in a dealership. Life is busy. Ray made the car buying experience as easy as possible I would recommend him in the highest regard .
